T-Mobile Tuesdays is not a loyalty program. It is an a customer appreciation experience that inspires Brand Love for T-Mobile while creating fanatical customer engagement.
The team at the marketing store knew it was a special time for T-Mobile Tuesdays when we began looking for ways to elevate the app's experience and promotions. We updated the look and feel with simple, fresh branding and a cleaner aesthetic for our deal cards. We brought in more animation to bring the excitement to the next level. We created amazing deals for partner's like Wendy's, Tesla, Dunkin' and Starbucks that drove amazing in-store sales. We actually managed to set the highest single day sales ever for Starbucks. We created games and swag, all so T-Mobile customers could #GetThanked!
